ETS Staff
This page is an introduction to the staff of ETS. We have ten people who are
dedicated to helping you with your project needs. If you have a question,

DON BECKLEY, PE...President. Started ETS, Inc. in 1992
after twenty years experience in the HVAC equipment
business.
SALLY BECKLEY...ETS' accounts receivable specialist.
Co-owner of ETS.
SARA BRYANT...Technical assistant and customer relations
professional.
TIM FRAILEY...Outside sales engineer. Tim is in his
fiftheenth year with ETS and was with York International
Service Division for six years prior to his move to ETS. Tim
frequently wins our Salesman-of-the-Year Award.
RITA HARRIS...Office manager and computer systems
specialist. Rita has been with ETS since Day 1.
RON HUBBARD...Outside sales engineer back for his second
stint at ETS. Ron has twenty-three years of experience in
the HVAC industry including the six years he spent at ETS
previously.
RICK REZNACK...Outside Sales Engineer. Rick has twenty-five
years experience in the design and sale of custom air handling
units and HVAC systems.
SANDI STRINNI...Sales and Administrative Assistant. A
three year vet of ETS, Sandi has nine years of experience in
organization and customer service.
MICHELLE VAUGHN...Senior technical assistant and
customer relations professional. This is Michelle's 13th
year with ETS.
STUART WELTER...Inside Sales Engineer, Stuart brings
over 21 years experience as an inside and outside HVAC
sales engineer.
